STUDIO SPACE 850

This 850 sq ft private studio residence, designed for a product designer, redefines compact living by weaving purpose seamlessly into every square foot. The brief called for a space that could transition with ease—between pause and productivity, retreat and rigour.

A palette of bare concrete, warm wood, and matte black metal gives the bedroom its raw yet refined character, while the glass block bathroom partition allows light to linger and blur, keeping spatial flow uninterrupted. There's no door here—intentionally. Privacy becomes a texture, not a barrier.

Storage is integral but invisible, tucked behind clean lines and sculptural shelving. A green accent recurs—quiet yet grounded—rooting the interiors in nature and gesture. What stands apart is the adjoining glass-enclosed work cabin: a light-flooded extension that houses a modular desk and movable lighting, offering a flexible studio space to ideate, make, and rest in rhythm.

This is a home that folds around its inhabitant’s routines, responding intuitively to the intersections of life and work.
